Stop squatting and start gaining muscle in the right places

Many guys make the mistake of concentrating all their efforts in the gym on getting stronger on the big movements like squats, deadlifts & bench press.

The problem with this plan is that you can add muscle in areas which aren't attractive.

Squats build huge thighs and butt. Is that what you really want?

Girls are attracted to guys like David Beckham, Brad Pitt & Ryan Gosling not because they're huge, but because the have a good amount of muscle in the right places.
